The EVE™ HT is a high-throughput automated multiple cell counter, providing 48-sample counting in just 3 minutes for cell line analyses. Utilizing the trypan blue staining method not only facilitates accurate cell counting but also enables viability measurement. The EVE™ HT requires only 20 μL of sample to run measurements. The instrument can count a wide variety of eukaryotic cells. Additionally, it provides an advanced algorithm to handle irregularly shaped cells, coupled with a declustering algorithm designed to effectively count clumped cells.

SMALL SAMPLE VOLUME

As the EVE™ HT requires only 20 μL of sample in each channel, there is no need to use a large volume of

sample for cell counting. Save your cells. Even with a small sample volume, the EVE™ HT provides accurate results.

ACCURATE AND PRECISE COUNTING RESULTS

The EVE™ HT provides accurate total, live, and viability values of analyzed cell lines. This instrument uses automated image acquisition and proprietary image analysis to quantify cell numbers and viabilities. It has little user-to-user variations, providing consistently accurate results regardless of user.

CHO cells stained with trypan blue solution loaded in 8 different wells of the separate counting plates were analyzed.
Multiple experiment data for total count and viability using ten EVE™ HT showed high device-to-device comparability. 

Using Jurkat cells, the total cell and cell viability between EVE™ HT and manual cell counting were compared in low, medium, and high concentration. Compared to traditional hemocytometer, the EVE™ HT provides highly compatible results in varying concentrations and viabilities.

ADVANCED COUNTING - DECLUSTERING ALGORITHM

The EVE™ HT software recognizes and counts individual cells. Users can easily count clumped and irregular-shaped cells with the declustering function, which offers precise measurement by distinguishing each cell from clumps.

21 CFR Part 11/GMP-Ready

The EVE™ HT offers optional “21 CFR Part 11 module” to safeguard all the records and data in compliance to the FDA requirements. The EVE™ HT regulates electronic records and signature by only allowing specific user(s) to modify data. Every action is recorded in an audit trail, while date, time and specific details are displayed.
